Cancellation and Modification Policy

 

At Pop Up Wine, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences through our curated events. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following options for cancellations and modifications in case your plans vary:

  • Cancellation by Participants

Refunds

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.

 

Modifications

 

  • You may modify your booking for another event of equal or lesser value if done more than 15 days before the event. If the new event costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not refundable due to costs already incurred in preparing for the event.
  • Booking Transfer: We offer the option to transfer the value of your booking to a future event within the next 6 months, subject to availability.
  • Adverse Weather Conditions
  • For events affected by adverse weather conditions, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Options may include rescheduling the event or providing refunds, particularly if the event cannot be conducted due to safety concerns.
